All tuition and fees are due and payable in full (in US dollars) on The King’s established Registration Day. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Students may pay in person, by mail, and by phone or email if using a credit card. Accounts must be cleared prior to any additional registrations.
* A student who finds it necessary to interrupt the program sequence must petition for interrupted status. If the petition is granted, the Interrupted Status Fee is assessed for each quarter the student does not attend a module.
** A student, who experiences an extenuating circumstance and fails to complete the degree in five years, may petition for a one-year extension. If the petition is granted to extend the program one academic year, the student is assessed the current yearly tuition and the Extension Fee. There are two payment methods available.
- Full payment due on or before Registration Day.
- Three-payments: 1st payment due on or before Registration Day; 2nd and 3rd payments due as scheduled ($75 processing fee).
Credit/Refund Schedule (Tuition Only)
A student who desires to withdraw from the program is to notify the Registrar and the Dean of the Doctor of Ministry program by mail. In the course phase of the program, if notice of withdrawal is received before the first day of classes of the second session of the academic year, one-half of the annual tuition will be refunded and prior incomplete course work will receive a grade of failure. There will be no tuition refund after the first day of the second session. Fees are not refundable. See the current Doctor of Ministry Handbook for complete information.
