Fostering Ruach/ Spirit-Filled Life and Ministry in Messianic Congregations and Organizations (DMIN 749)
Dr. Bruce Tucker

The congregational shepherd’s  (or religious organizational leader’s) careful and deliberate encouragement of meaningful corporate worship, successful discipleship, proper use of congregational spiritual giftings (charisms), and biblically grounded reliance upon the leading of the Ruach HaKodesh (the Spirit of God) are considered and evaluated leading to purposeful and strategic planning. This seminar also considers various leadership, administrative, and management styles as appropriately employed in the Spirit-led and anointed work of the Kingdom of God.

Basic daily Hebrew prayers will be incorporated into the classroom experience as a Messianic spiritual exercise in communal worship.

Feb 20-23, 2012
Yeshua as Israel’s Destiny (DMIN 751)
Dr. Jeffrey Seif

God created Israel, the Jewish people, to be a key instrument of God’s revelation of Himself to all mankind.  In the process of working together with God and being His agency of the Missio Dei (mission of God), Israel was to have a biblically-balanced symbiosis with the nations throughout the world.  That God-intended relationship between Israel and the nations degenerated into a very different history.  Yet Yeshua remains God’s appointed Anointed King to ultimately lead Israel into the successful achievement of her God-issued purpose and destiny.  This seminar evaluates what is to be the relationship between Israel and the Nations, the relationship between Israel and the Church, and the dynamic connection of Messianic Jewish believers with both Israel and the Church in view of God’s sacred purposes.

Integral to this course will be the investigation into the developing Messianic apologetic to overcome the conventional Jewish dismissal of Yeshua.

June 11-14, 2012
The Messianic Redemption of Israel in Century 21 (DMIN 752)
Professor to be finalized

With a view to the responsibility of every generation of believers to plan for the successful accomplishment of the Messianic Mandate or Great Commission, this seminar focuses on the Messianic Jewish planning, strategizing, and commitments necessary to win “All Israel” during the first century of this third millennium since the Messianic Mandate was first issued on the Mount of Olives.  What needs to be done?  How can it be accomplished?  Who needs to be involved?

Global missiological perspectives are considered as well as the history of the move of God among the Jewish people during the last half-century.  The seminar, consisting of doctor of ministry students at The King’s, is to produce a class position paper for publication in a leading Messianic periodical

June 15-18, 2012
The Messianic Jewish Leadership writing project is the subject matter for this course.
Dr. Pinkham and Dr. Gannon
